About the Project

The Selvese Carbon Production Facility is being developed as a strategic industrial investment to create domestic powder activated carbon capacity. The planned plant is designed around an integrated workflow covering raw material preparation, carbonization and activation, with a target output of around 100 tons per year.

The project serves B2B demand in industrial wastewater, municipal treatment and related environmental uses. Its raw-material base is intentionally flexible, combining biomass streams such as sugar beet pulp, botanical residues and other available feedstocks to reduce import dependence and improve supply resilience.
